This got started during a conversation between Katie and Lindsay during which past high school required reading was discussed. Inevitably, The Scarlet Letter was brought up. Other possible "letters" were proposed--including a scarlet J, for jaywalking. Well, why stop at spoofing just one classic? Megan and Lindsay discussed other possible targets via email, Katy again joined the cast, everyone sweated a lot in the summer heat, and this was the result.
