After many months in other places, Les Misérables returned to Florida, affording us the opprotunity to see it again, and also to realize that Todd Alan Johnson was still part of the cast. As it turned out, during the time the show had been away (mostly in Canada, it turned out), whoever was in charge of the programs had ones with new pictures made. After all, some of the other roles were played by different actors and, as a careful comparison will reveal, some changes were made to the look of some of the characters.
What we mean by that, to be exact, is that, again, whoever makes such decisions thought really hard and decided that since the story spans more than fifteen years (the parts that are performed, anyway; if you want to tack on nineteen years prior to the start for Jean Valjean's time in prison, be our guest), and since Jean Valjean ages as time passes in the play, it might make sense to similarly age the character who is also present from the beginning, that being Javert, Todd Alan Johnson's character.
This creates a bit of a problem for those who are inclined to view the program pictures critically. Is the person represented as "Todd Alan Johnson" in this next set of pictures really Todd Alan Johnson? Is the fellow in the first batch really Todd Alan Johnson? Are we completely on the wrong track with John Travolta and should we instead be looking at John Malkovich? (Check the Find Todd Alan Johnson or Other Suggested Todd Alan Johnson Look-Alikes page for more on that.) And does the head shot, which was provided (along with ones of the rest of the cast) with the program, do anything to clear up these pressing questions? Well, see for yourself.

In the photo database of the official musical Les Misérables website resides a picture that claims to be of Todd Alan Johnson. Perhaps it is only due to our skeptical post-modern times, but we are not entirely sure that it is indeed a picture of Todd Alan Johnson. On the other hand, if it is really a picture of Todd Alan Johnson, then who is the guy in the programs? Anyway, we want you to be able to make your own decision about such an important matter, so we are providing a link to the database. Just click on the "ACTOR" button and scroll down until you see his name. Please note that the names are organized alphabetically by first name, not last. And without further ado, here's YOUR link to the official Les Misérables photo database.
